چکیده
Novel composites (MOF-5 and Cu-BDC) based on economically activated carbon have been developed to investigate methane adsorption capacity for ANG applications. The were synthesized by adding MOFs precursor in two different weight percent (10% 40%) commercial under solvothermal conditions (110-120°C). adsorbents characterized FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDS, BET techniques gather information about their crystallinity, morphology, specific surface area. A uptake measurement system the volumetric method was made obtain each composite. Then, amount of one calculated, experimental data compared with isotherm models appropriate gas adsorption, including Langmuir, Freundlich, Dubinin-Radushkevich. This comparison showed that best fitting belonged Langmuir model. Also, stability kinetic studies done MOF-540% @AC Cu-BDC40% composites. In kinetics study, analyzed terms pseudo-first order, pseudo-second intraparticle diffusion models. study happens very fast adsorbents. at 35 bar room temperature pure specified as 4.32 mmol/g. 10% 40% Cu-BDC are 5.59 mmol/g 6.85 mmol/g, respectively. MOF-510% obtained 5.9 7.3 Increasing (70%) 40 wt.% MOF-5 carbon.
